I ground my approach in design principles that minimize waste and optimize for your lifestyle.  Whether it’s addressing cluttered spaces in your home, downsizing to a smaller space or redesigning for a new transition in your life, my process is designed with your comfort-level and confidentiality in mind. I’ll be there every step of the way from the initial consult to the finished product – it will be transformative!

In Home Organizing

For those who need hands-on help de-cluttering and streamlining spaces in their home. Each session includes 3 hours of hands-on organizing. Packages are designed for a transformational experience that is customized for your project.

Custom Blitz

For clients I travel to or those faced with an organizing project that needs a quick turn around I offer a Custom Blitz. When you book a Custom Blitz, you will receive me and my dedicated attention for a solid eight hour day, up to 5 days. During that time, we can move quickly to transform your space, complete your project in time and take a load off your mind.

DIY PLAN

For clients who would like to organize themselves but need an action plan, includes:

  • 1 in-person or virtual strategy session – 60-90 minutes
  • Detailed action plan within a week
  • Product suggestions and implementation instructions
  • Email follow up to check progress, up to 60 days post strategy session

A professional organizer specializes in designing systems that streamline every aspect of your life – from sorting and filing your important paper documents to decluttering and arranging clothes and shoes in your closet. A professional organizer allows you to be more productive and efficient during your day by saving you time, money and stress. When your home is tidy and things are easy to find, you eliminate: wasted time searching for lost things, wasted money accidentally buying duplicates of things you already own and stress worrying about how to manage all your stuff!  

This is a very common question. The number of sessions you need depends on the size of your home, what type of space you want organized, and how much decluttering you would like to have done. Once I walk the space with you and understand your organizing needs, I can better estimate of the number of sessions required for your project. Initial in-home consultation is complimentary!

I am happy to try and use any containers you already own. However, the best outcome is achieved when we select baskets, bins, and dividers that perfectly maximize your space.

There is no additional charge for the time I spend researching and shopping for you. You are charged only for the items you keep. Before anything is purchased, we can discuss your aesthetic preferences and budget.

I use package pricing for all of my Home Organizing Services, the cost will depend on the size of your project and how many sessions I will need to complete. You may use your package sessions however you like and the timeline is completely flexible based on your needs and schedule. Once I have sized the project at the consultation, the package is paid in full before the sessions begin and are non-refundable.

All services and packages start with a complimentary call and in-home consultation. During this time we will discuss what projects you would like to work on and the goals you have for your home. Once we decide to work together we will schedule your sessions and come up with a plan!

Absolutely not! My goal is to make your life easier by creating organized spaces for all of your belongings; I do believe that de-cluttering is an important part of that process. Over the course of the project it is likely that we will find items that no longer serve you. We will work together to determine if these items need to be donated, sold or disposed of. I will not remove anything from your home without your permission!

That is entirely up to you! Some clients prefer to be available for questions on-site, while others give me a key so I can organize while they are at work or out of town. If you would like my help decluttering your items in addition to organizing them, I do need you (or someone you’ve designated as your proxy) to be available for that part of the process. Once we have eliminated everything you don’t want or need, you are free to step away while I finish the job!

Method Seattle is an all-inclusive organizing business. In addition to the time I spend in your home organizing, I will shop for supplies, create a design plan that is unique to your home, contact other service providers on your behalf, donate unwanted items and stay in contact with you once the project is complete. When working with me you can expect a confidential and judgement-free experience.

I serve many clients outside of my service area with a Custom Blitz. The rate is my standard $1800/Day plus travel fees (airfare + hotel.) The key to a successful distance Blitz is the Pre-Blitz Strategy Session (via Zoom) where I can review the space, ask questions and determine how many 8 Hour days it will take to complete. I then develop an action plan that is ready to put into motion the second I set foot in your home.
